130 miles outside of DC, Chiles Orchard has been growing fresh, tree-ripened peaches for the past 100 years. Our July salad and summer gazpacho in DC + Philly features peaches grown on this Virginian orchard, and although our menu will change in just a few days, this summer staple will remain in season through late September.
